  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Prepare Main Contrator & Sub-Contractor claims as per Project/Company procedure.
  • Order materials based on construction drawings.
  • Prepare Variation Order for the Client and Sub-Contractor including the budget.
  • Call for quotation and costing of the project.
  • Prepare Letter of Award / Work Order to the Sub-Contractor including the budget.
  • Adapt the Company system for claims and materials procurement.
  • Liaises with Suppliers and Sub-contractors.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
  • Prepare Final Account for the client and Sub-Contractors.
  • Prepare Project Budget.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or Construction Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in construction industry.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Hand on information.
  • Able to meet the date line.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend jobs

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kota Bharu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
