Assisting lawyers in preparing and managing conveyancing documents, including Sale and Purchase Agreements, loan documentation, and forms under the National Land Code (e.g., Transfer, Charge, Discharge of Charge, etc).
2. Handle documentation for Property Sub-Sale, Perfection, Bank Loan Documentation, Online Adjudication via LHDN Portal, Smartbox Land Office & Presentation, Low Cost, Leasehold & Foreigner Consent, and all conveyancing-related matters with minimal supervision.
3. Liaise with clients, banks, government agencies, and other relevant parties.
4. Conduct land searches and title checks.
5. Ensure timely submission of documents and follow-ups.
6. Maintain proper records and filing of conveyancing transactions.
7. Handle stamping, submissions, and other regulatory requirements.
8. Perform other related administrative tasks as required.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
