Responsibilities:

  • Perform registration of new employees into HRMS in accordance to company policy and procedures.
  • Assist with issuance of letters of appointments and monitoring the execution of the same.
  • To responsible in managing the timelines of the contract renewal process.
  • Assist to the recruitment activities from advertisement posting, filtering, interview selection and post interview process.
  • To ensure the job description for all positions is maintain and updated.
  • To ensure department organization chart is updated.
  • To ensure the updates of personnel files of all employees
  • Performing secretarial duties such as preparing simple correspondences, filing, typing, photocopying, & etc.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
  • Preferable those with minimum 1 - 2 years working experience in related field.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to speak mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Computer literate, willing to learn, positive thinking and extrovert personality.
