Responsibilities:
- Perform registration of new employees into HRMS in accordance to company policy and procedures.
- Assist with issuance of letters of appointments and monitoring the execution of the same.
- To responsible in managing the timelines of the contract renewal process.
- Assist to the recruitment activities from advertisement posting, filtering, interview selection and post interview process.
- To ensure the job description for all positions is maintain and updated.
- To ensure department organization chart is updated.
- To ensure the updates of personnel files of all employees
- Performing secretarial duties such as preparing simple correspondences, filing, typing, photocopying, & etc.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
- Preferable those with minimum 1 - 2 years working experience in related field.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to speak mandarin is an added advantage.
- Computer literate, willing to learn, positive thinking and extrovert personality.
