We're Hiring: Customer Service (Digital Banking)

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries on digital banking services via phone, live chat, and email.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
  • Keep product knowledge up-to-date.
  • Document customer interactions in CRM.
  • Meet monthly KPIs.
  • Assist with online and mobile banking inquiries.
  • Work collaboratively to improve customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in banking or insurance.
  • Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to handle high call volumes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of digital banking services.
  • Flexible to work weekends (24/7).
