Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries on digital banking services via phone, live chat, and email.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
- Keep product knowledge up-to-date.
- Document customer interactions in CRM.
- Meet monthly KPIs.
- Assist with online and mobile banking inquiries.
- Work collaboratively to improve customer experience.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in banking or insurance.
- Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus).
- Good interpersonal skills and able to handle high call volumes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of digital banking services.
- Flexible to work weekends (24/7).
