Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote banking products and services to Singapore-based clients.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering suitable financial solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the bank.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain strong relationships to drive customer retention.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.

- Work closely with internal teams to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service, preferably in the banking or financial industry.
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to engage with Singaporean clients effectively.
- Sales-driven and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to customer engagement.
- Ability to handle high-volume calls and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with banking products and services is an added advantage.
