  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote banking products and services to Singapore-based clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering suitable financial solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the bank.
  • Follow up with potential clients and maintain strong relationships to drive customer retention.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update the database accordingly.
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service, preferably in the banking or financial industry.
  • Strong communication skills in English and the ability to engage with Singaporean clients effectively.
  • Sales-driven and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to customer engagement.
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with banking products and services is an added advantage.
