Job Description :

  • Warmly welcoming and directing visitors professionally.
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls, and taking messages as needed.
  • Assisting customers with inquiries and providing information about products, services, or the organization.
  • Handling routine clerical tasks such as filing, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
  • Accurately entering data and maintaining records in computer systems.
  • Promptly addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Managing office supplies and placing orders as necessary.
  • Keeping the front desk area clean and presentable.
  • Preparing and submitting reports on front desk activities.
  • Any other tasks will be assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirement :

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM.
  • Required skill, MS Excel
  • Preferably candidate who has experience at least one year in Customer Service, Reception, or administrative roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanour.
  • Able to work shift morning & afternoon.
  • Working Location : Sri Damansara Barat.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
