  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attend outbound & inbound calls in courteous manner and provide excellent services to meet customer’s expectations and handle complaints effectively with confidence.
  • Attending administrative tasks, including responding to inquiries from the customers
  • Cross sell Insurance products and connect app to the non-app users
  • Perform relief functions assigned during the absence of any team member

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Min Diploma/Degree in any field
  • Min 1 year of working experience in Customer Service field
  • Effective in multitasking, fast learner, a strong team player
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well versed in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
