RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend outbound & inbound calls in courteous manner and provide excellent services to meet customer’s expectations and handle complaints effectively with confidence.
- Attending administrative tasks, including responding to inquiries from the customers
- Cross sell Insurance products and connect app to the non-app users
- Perform relief functions assigned during the absence of any team member
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Min Diploma/Degree in any field
- Min 1 year of working experience in Customer Service field
- Effective in multitasking, fast learner, a strong team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well versed in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
