Job Responsibilities:
- Support sales warriors in preparing quotations/tenders in a timely manner.
- Preparation of proposals for sales warriors.
- To fill in full details of products, suppliers and specifications to be shared over to the purchasing department.
- Request for drawings from R&D for customized products.
- Track all sales invoices and generate reports for the sales manager.
- Setup of showroom and welcome board for visitors during their visits.
Job Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Support Specialist or Sales Support Associate.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
- Teamwork and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and switch your focus effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
