  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • IT Equipment Management and Maintenance: Overseeing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking equipment to ensure efficient and secure operation.
  • Data Backup and Recovery: Assisting and implementing data backup strategies, ensuring the regular and secure backup of critical business data, and developing disaster recovery plans for data restoration in case of system failure or data loss.
  • Database System Management, Maintenance, and Audit Control: Assisting in administering, maintaining, and optimizing database systems to ensure data integrity, availability, and security. This includes performance tuning, backups, and disaster recovery planning. Additionally, implementing audit controls to monitor database access, track changes, and ensure compliance with relevant security policies and regulations.
  • Documentation: Maintain technical documentation as needed
  • Providing IT Support to Staff: Assisting in troubleshooting technical issues, software and hardware installations, and ensuring the availability and functionality of systems critical to business operations.
  • Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining the company’s IT framework.
  • Assist in installing, testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer hardware & software.
  • Assist in preparing, maintaining, and upholding procedures for logging, reporting, and statistically monitoring PC performance.
  • Ensure efficiency in PC software, hardware support and availability of network infrastructure within the companies.
  • Monitor, identify and resolve technical problems, and administer IT related hardware/software problems to meet users' expectations.
  • Maintains records of hardware failure, repair, installation, and removal.
  • Maintain computer records and inventory.
