  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing the financial operations and strategies of the organization. Reporting directly to the Group Managing Director, the CFO plays a crucial role in driving the company’s financial performance and ensuring long-term financial sustainability.

Job Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to achieve the company's goals and objectives.

· Provide financial leadership and recommendations to the CEO and the Board of Directors.

· Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

· Monitor financial performance and implement measures to ensure the company's financial health.

· Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure.

· Identify and assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.

· Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.

· Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

· Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships, and lead the financial aspects of due diligence and integration efforts.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and financial institutions.

· Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency.

· Adhere to the General Safety Practices of the organization and its goal of achieving a zero-accident workplace.

· Perform Company Secretarial duties.

· Cultivate and practice 5S at workplace and to adhere to 5S rules and standards of the organization to achieve continuous improvement in productivity, quality, cost, delivery, safety, morale and working environment.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CPA is preferred.

· Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in financial management roles.

· Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance leadership role.

· Strong financial expertise with a proven record of driving financial success in a dynamic environment.

· Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Pay: RM20,000.00 - RM40,000.00 per month
