JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Effective management and customer relations:

  • Achieve the Sales objectives of the organization by effectively managing the customers.
  • To engage in both contract and non-contract business activities by promoting and selling IDEALCARE@ and products offered by Authorized Representatives in the designated territory, with a focus on Business-to-Consumer transactions.
  • Identify the customer-brand matrix by doing appropriate profiting of the customers, placing the product for the customer.
  • To address and handle customer inquiries, including quotations, purchase orders, feedback, etc., ensuring alignment with the needs of both new and existing customers.
  • Maintain the call average and visit frequency of customers as per the company standard.

Product knowledge and promotion:

  • Promote the product with the tools given by the company to generate demand.
  • Drive the business of focus and legacy brands.
  • Promote, detail and sell product within assigned territory and/or segment.
  • Track self/team progress against key performance indicators and sales plans.
  • Prioritize and review daily sakes activities performed.
  • Monitor the product availability and coordinate with respective departments to ensure smooth delivery/ fulfilment.

Planning and strategizing:

  • Implement sales plans and activities
  • Effective planning for the sales achievement.
  • Maintain the customer database.
  • Monitor the Product return, stock, and Expiry at the different stakeholders in the territory.
  • Ensure the Product Availability at all places within the territory.
  • Achieve quantitative and qualitative sales objectives.
  • Responsible for overseeing daily activities and compiling essential weekly and monthly reports as per requested.

Interdepartmental Collaboration :

  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve interdisciplinary communication.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to address quality challenges and implement sustainable solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Diploma in a relevant field (Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences).
  • 2-3 years working experience, preferable with working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Must possess own car, valid driving license. Willing to travel outstation.
