Purchasing cum Account Assistant
- Assist in evaluate supplier’s quotation to ensure in line with purchasing requirements.
- Assist in monitoring inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
- Coordinates with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
- To execute and support purchasing activities to ensure smooth running of production.
- Respond to customer and supplier inquiries regarding order status, changes, or cancellations
- To ensure ordered material arrive follow purchase order delivery date.
- Maintain records and track the progress of orders.
- Maintain the records of accounts payable within the timeline and responsible to ensure the accuracy
- Assist in general administrative matters
- To assist in receiving, liaise with suppliers/customers when necessary.
- To be responsible for general accounting processes, which includes processing of invoices, data entry, AP, AR,and etc
- Maintain proper filing & accurate entry in system.
- Assist in daily operations and maintaining of proper filing system
- Candidates must possess at least basic Accounting or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 year working experience preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Computer literate with proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and UBS accounting system.
- Full‐Time position(s) available.
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
