Admin Assistant in Accounts - Sentul raya Boulevard, Kuala Lumpur
We are looking for a person who can provide administrative support to the Accounts department, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with statutory requirements.
Job Description:
- Assist in preparing statutory documents such as board resolutions and annual returns.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory forms and documentation with regulatory bodies.
- Maintain and update company registers and records, including director and shareholder information.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Generate invoices for customers and follow up on payments, including managing payment vouchers and statements of accounts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in accounts or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and documentation.
