We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Seamstress to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in sewing, fabric cutting, alterations, and garment construction. This role involves working with various fabrics and patterns to produce high-quality clothing, upholstery, or other textile products according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sew, stitch, and assemble garments or fabric-based products according to patterns and specifications.
  • Perform alterations, repairs, and modifications as required.
  • Measure, cut, and tailor fabrics to ensure precise fitting and high-quality craftsmanship.
  • Operate and maintain sewing machines and other relevant equipment.
  • Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary corrections.
  • Collaborate with designers, tailors, or production teams to meet project deadlines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and quality standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Seamstress, Tailor, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using industrial and domestic sewing machines.
  • Strong knowledge of fabrics, stitching techniques, and garment construction.
  • Ability to read and interpret patterns and design sketches.
  • Attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Good time management skills to meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
