This position shall be responsible for preparing daily, monthly and yearly financial reports including revenues, costs, expenses, profit and loss, balance sheet and annual budget. Key Responsibilies includes: 1. Checking the department expenditure. 2. Monitoring Accounts Payable and issue payment on monthly basis. 3. Upload expenses claim form from excel worksheet to system 4. Ensure all documents are compile accordingly before filing and do a proper filing record. 5. Archive of all accounting related documents & maintain the accounting related archive records
