2- Perform reception duties in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner.
3- Manage and maintain reasonable quantities of stationery in stock of office stationery.
4- responsible for the Administration department archiving system.
5- Assist in organizing the company general events and handling general visitor arrangements.
6- Act as the focal point for receiving employee’s inquiries and needs relevant to the Administration department and follow up through their successful completion.
7- Handle correspondence, Word process and file documents of relevant activities.
8- Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, and personal appearance.
9- Experience in Travel arrangements.
Qualifications
- Offshore & Crewing Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field.
- 1 year experience in office administration.
- Good command of English.

- Good skills in Microsoft Suite (Especially Excel)
