For this position, you will be working under one of our clients, a BPO company based in Plaza 33, Petaling Jaya (10 mins walking distance to LRT).

Basic salary: RM4000 +up to RM1000 allowance**

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required/preferred due to business needs.
  • Interested to work in IT industry
  • Experienced in IT industry will be an added advantage.
  • Willingness to work on rotational shift

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Guide users through account setups, software installations, and troubleshooting processes.
  • Provide first-level assistance by diagnosing and resolving technical problems related to computer systems, applications, and networks.
  • Communicate effectively with users, maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Log, prioritize, and manage service requests and incidents, ensuring timely resolution in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Refer complex issues to higher-level support teams with detailed documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests and solutions, contributing to a knowledge base for common issues.
