Basic salary: RM4000 +up to RM1000 allowance**
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required/preferred due to business needs.
- Interested to work in IT industry
- Experienced in IT industry will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work on rotational shift
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Guide users through account setups, software installations, and troubleshooting processes.
- Provide first-level assistance by diagnosing and resolving technical problems related to computer systems, applications, and networks.
- Communicate effectively with users, maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Log, prioritize, and manage service requests and incidents, ensuring timely resolution in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Refer complex issues to higher-level support teams with detailed documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and solutions, contributing to a knowledge base for common issues.
