*Strategic HR Leadership: Provide strategic direction for HR initiatives, aligning them with the company's construction projects and business objectives. *Ensure the company complies with Malaysian labor laws, regulations, and industry standards in all HR practices. *Implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills and promote career growth. *Responsible for and manage overall Human Resource functions such as payroll management, recruitment, compensation & benefits, industrial relations, training, and development, participation with manpower, planning, performance management, and employee relations. *Review and developing Company Policy & Procedures Employee Handbook (HR Policies, Procedures, and Manual). *Handle full set of recruitment process and to recruit the right talents within the hiring timeline. *Review compensation and benefits packages and policies aligned with the Company's strategy. *Prepare and generate HR Report and its related scope of activities report(s) in timely and accurate manner within depth analysis. *Coordinate and administer Performance Appraisal, setting of KPI/KRA exercise as per timeline. *Handle disciplinary issues, conduct domestic inquiry, staff counselling and other employee’s relation matters in compliance with local legislations. *To ensure HR records are in proper filing and retrieval system for accurate files, records, reports, and confidential correspondences. *To plan, coordinating, and organizing employee activities and events. *Responsible for subordinates' performance. *Handle and oversee all administration tasks. *Any other ad hoc assignments assigned by the Management from time to time.
