The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing core HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, payroll and administrative tasks in Malaysia. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination. • Facilitate onboarding for new hires, ensuring smooth integration and orientation into the company. • Handle the offboarding process, including exit interviews, clearance, and documentation. • Prepare and manage HR documents, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and other relevant paperwork. • Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns and promoting a healthy workplace culture. • Coordinate Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives to support employee skill development. • Handle employee’s payroll report, insurance, EPF, SOCSO, EIS contribution. • Help with office and clinic setting up Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience in HR functions, with a good understanding of Malaysian labor laws. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information. • Able to work with minimum supervision
