• Prepare Letter of Appointment, HR letters, on-boarding for new employees and off-boarding for resign employees. • Monitor daily staff attendance, staff leave entitlement, verify and update leave balance. • Ensure proper documentation and compliance to internal SOP and handbook. • Analysing training needs and select suitable training courses for related department. • Assist in updating and maintaining proper filing such as employees’ personal file, training records, medical insurance, overtime records, salary records and etc. • Assist in matters related to employee relations, counselling of employees in disciplinary issue, disciplinary process and misconduct investigation process. • Handling on foreign workers related matters and dealing with related bodies (Immigration, Embassy, etc) • Accountable to communicate issues and policies pertaining HR to all levels of management. • To take on ad-hoc tasks as required.
