Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate new business opportunities and expand market reach.
  • Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and industry partners.
  • Lead the sales of Battery Monitoring Systems (BMS), Energy Storage Systems (ESS), and other core company’s products and services, ensuring market penetration in critical sectors.
  • Achieve sales targets for Battery Monitoring Systems, Energy Storage Systems, and power protection solutions by identifying and converting leads into long-term clients
  • Drive the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure, ensuring a seamless and effective process.
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals tailored to customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs, ensuring a high closing rate.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, analyze competitor activities, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports and contribute to the overall business strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics) or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years in Sales Engineering within the electrical, power system, or energy equipment sectors.
  • Experience in sales of battery monitoring solutions, UPS, energy storage systems or related products will be a strong advantage
  • Background in industrial solutions, explosion-proof equipment, or hazardous area applications is highly desirable.
  • Strong network and established connections in the oil and gas, power industry, data centres, telecommunications, renewable energy, and other related sectors
  • Strong business development skills, Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, identify market trends, and drive business expansion.
  • Proficiency in sales automation tools and data analysis to support decision-making.
