Event Planning & Customer Engagement: • Organize and execute promotional events, product launches, trade shows, and marketing activities. • Ensure seamless event execution to maximize brand exposure and customer interaction. • Develop customer engagement initiatives through targeted campaigns and personalized communications. • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services. Sales & Marketing Support: • Work closely with the sales team to create promotional materials, presentations, and sales tools. • Assist the service advisor in handling customer-related inquiries and support. • Align marketing efforts with sales objectives to improve conversion rates. Budget Management & Reporting: • Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective resource allocation. • Analyze return on investment (ROI) for campaigns and suggest improvements. • Prepare detailed reports on marketing performance and insights for future planning. Innovation & Team Collaboration: • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and emerging technologies. • Continuously incorporate creative and innovative ideas into marketing strategies. • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, design, and product development, to ensure alignment and consistency.
