Administration Management f Direct and coordinate administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations and the provision of support services. g Optimize office space utilization, maintenance and facility management for a productive work environment. h Oversee budgeting, record-keeping, and procurement of office supplies and equipment. i Manage vendor contracts for administrative services, including IT support, office supplies and maintenance services. j Develop, review, and improve administrative policies and procedures for operational efficiency. k Oversee licensing and secretarial matters. Human Resources Management l Lead HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and retention strategies. m Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy, including workforce planning and talent acquisition. n Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and manage employee benefits programs. o Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
