Role Overview
As an Admin Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for executing key operational processes to ensure smooth and compliant business operations across assigned market(s). This is a hands-on role, focusing on managing contracts, compliance, documentation, and process improvements to support our business. There is also a strong emphasis on execution, problem-solving, and process optimisation. This is an individual contributor role.
Key responsibilities include:
Operational Compliance & Administration
- Draft & process contracts for independent consultants, clients, partners & vendors
- Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with legal & regulatory requirements
- Handle global mobility tasks, including work visa applications, relocations, and tax compliance for independent consultants
- Organise & maintain key consultant, client and company documentation
- Any other Operations-related items
Process Execution & Optimisation
- Implement & refine operational processes to improve efficiency
- Automate manual workflows to reduce administrative burden
- Keep systems & records updated to ensure accurate tracking & reporting
Whom will you work with?
COO and directly reporting to the People & Ops Lead
Ideal candidates
- Possess above 1 year of total work experience, with some in HR & Operations
- Thrives in a start-up environment (strong sense of ownership, adaptable, resourceful, tenacious, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Independent & strong problem-solving skills
- Passionate about the future of work, disruptive talent models, and deliver an amazing experience for independent talent
- Excellent command of English (both written & verbal)
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills
