Maintain and order office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations. Ensure office facilities, equipment, and appliances are functioning properly. Assist in the renewal of relevant certificates, licenses, and permits. Manage documentation related to CIDB, vendors, and construction compliance. Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and external agencies. Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and reports. Perform other ad-hoc duties as required. Knowledge of CIDB, vendor management, and construction regulations is an advantage. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools. Good communication skills. Able to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
