Key Responsibilities / Duties: 1. Establish, promote and maintain satisfactory employee - management relations. 2. Formulate and administer the employee relations policies and procedures, subject to the Management's approval. 3. Update and/or conduct briefing on the statutory/ labour laws from time to time. 4. Handle end to end the staff grievances, disciplinary matters, investigation of misconduct reported, domestic inquiry etc. and resolve conflicts. 5. Improve disciplinary awareness amongst employees. 6. Prepare and maintain periodic report I record on IR. 7. Propose and administer the employee engagement activities / programs. 8. Conduct induction / orientation for new employees. 9. Assist the HR Manager in HR planning, audit and HR survey. 10. Any other ad-hoc assignment as assigned from time to time. Qualifications • Bachelor in Human Resource Management or its equivalent. Experience • At least 2-5 years hands on experience in IR/ER Skills & Abilities • Good in communication (verbal & written) and negotiation skills
