Key Responsibilities / Duties: 1. Ensure the delivery of high quality candidates by screening and assessing applicants according to the business requirements and candidate’s suitability. 2. Handling end to end process of recruitment- sourcing, arranging, coordinate with candidates for scheduling interview appointments 3. Conduct shortlisting and first round interviews for any positions from lower to top level management. 4. Ensure staffing requirements are fulfilled in timely manner 5. Identify and implement best practice and continuous improvement on all recruitment activities. 6. Manage and coordinate staffs movements and placements 7. Prepare ad-hoc reports for management 8. To administer and monitor the HR process practice and policy in the area of recruitment and selection and new employee induction program 9. Work closely with the Manager to gain a thorough understanding of the recruitment needs and requirements and delivering against the expectation 10. Contact with universities and job online portal contacts 11. Support the recruitment campaigns and participate in job fairs and campus recruitment Qualifications • Bachelor in Human Resource Management or its equivalent. Experience • At least 2-5 years hands on experience in handling end to end process of recruitment Skills & Abilities • Good in communication & negotiation skills
