Job Scope: 1. Administrative Support: o Maintain site documents, reports, and records. o Handle data entry, filing, and correspondence. o Assist in preparing purchase orders, invoices, and delivery orders. 2. Site Coordination: o Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and suppliers. o Track material deliveries and maintain stock records. o Ensure proper documentation of workers’ attendance and site activities. 3. Compliance & Reporting: o Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required. o Ensure all documents comply with company procedures and policies. o Assist in safety documentation and compliance records. 4. General Office Duties: o Manage office supplies for the site office. o Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails. o Assist in any other clerical or administrative tasks as required. Job Requirements: • Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification. • At least 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). • Strong organizational and administrative skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team. • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin will be an added advantage. • Willing to work at the project site as required.
