Retail Supervisor (SOGO Mayang Mall)

Job Descriptions • Being the second person in charge, supporting the Store Manager on staffing, reporting and inventory matters. • Play an integral part in contributing to outlet sales achievement, sales growth, and quality customer service. • Responsible for monitoring store activities, keeping track of sales performance, and managing the daily operations of the stores. • Assisting in all aspects of the outlet, especially display, merchandising, and cleanliness. • Take a lead role in customer service & product display. • Build and maintain good rapport with customers. • Ensure Store Opening, Closing and sales transactions are in line with the SOP of our brands. • Completes, processes, and maintains applicable paperwork and records. • Being the Company representative by complying with Brand standards. Requirements • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ "O" Level/ STPM/ "A" Level in any field. • Minimum 2 years store management experience in the retail or service industry. • Highly motivated with good insight of customer service. • Willing to work according to retail hours, on weekends as well as on public holidays. • Ability to inspire team to meet and exceed performance standards. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word. • Excellent client service and communication skills.
