Job Advertisement: INTERSHIP HIRING (ADMIN) Company: Infitune Sdn Bhd Location: Suite 7.05, Level 7, Wisma E&C, No 2, Lorong Dungun Kiri, 50490 Kuala Lumpur (3 minutes walk from MRT Semantan) Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and organized intern for the Admin position, who will assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, document management, and supporting the team in various operational functions. This position offers valuable hands-on experience in office management, communication, and teamwork, with an opportunity to develop skills in a professional setting. Ideal candidates should have strong attention to detail, basic proficiency in office software, and a willingness to learn and contribute to a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: - Managing Schedules: Assist with organizing and maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments. - Data Entry and Record Keeping: Input and maintain accurate data in databases and filing systems, ensuring information is up-to-date. - Document Management: Help with preparing, organizing, and filing important documents and correspondence. - Communication Support: Answering calls, responding to emails, and assisting with internal and external communications. - Office Organization: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized office environment, including inventory management and ordering supplies. - Assisting with Team Projects: Provide support to team members in various administrative and operational tasks as needed. - Other Administrative Tasks: Handle general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and other duties as required. Qualification Requirements: - Education: Currently enrolled in college, or university program in business administration, management, or a related field. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail. Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar software.
