JOB DESCRIPTION - Business Administration  Provide administrative support to management and staff.  Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.  Manage the team’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.  Assist on the preparation and compilation of correspondences, reports, and filing  Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time based on business requirements  Managing business department-related documentation, including SOPs, policies, incentive plans, compensation plans, slides, records, etc  Handle employee documentation such as contracts, offer letters, and performance reviews  Assist in payroll system (absences, leaves, etc)  Assist in company events/training with prior prepping.  Manage the team’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.  Ad Hoc HR matters. Qualification : Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in any related fields. *Fresh graduates are encourage to apply Location :  Kajang (Near to KTM & MRT Kajang)  Hybrid Working Enviroment  Monday to Friday  8.30am -5.30 pm
