• Check and certify sub-contractors’ claim received from site. • Prepare claims update and supporting documents preparation. • Material submission and follow up for approval • Variation works record and preparation for claim • Quantity taking off and preparation of delivery schedule for material requisition • Involve in Construction and As-built Drawings, BQ items, Progress photos • Issuance of subcontractor claims, certificate of payment etc • Involve in variation order, backcharge, revise drawing, RFI, quotation etc • Carry out site progress, measurement, valuation and follow up on site progress claim. • Check for materials requisition and ensure materials are accurate within project budget. • Cost negotiation with suppliers / clients / consultants and project accounts. • Provide advice on the range of legal, quality, and contractual issues
