Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate the A Level program, ensuring it aligns with the school’s educational goals and academic standards. 2. Ensure compliance with all accreditation requirements and examination regulations. Parent and Community Engagement: 1. Communicate with parents regarding student progress, upcoming events, and other relevant information. 2. Organize meetings or information sessions for parents to keep them informed about the A Level program and their child’s academic journey. 3. Collaborate with external organizations, such as universities or examination bodies, to ensure the A Level program remains up to date. Skills and Qualifications: • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Education, a related field, or in the specific subjects taught in the A Level program • Experience: At least posses with minimum 3 years Experience, preferably in A Levels or other high school curriculum • Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, problem-solving, and an understanding of educational administration. • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of A Level subjects, exam procedures, and university admissions processes. • Personal Qualities: Leadership abilities, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.
