  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities • Implementation and Configuration: o Design and implement ServiceNow GRC modules, including Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management. o Configure GRC workflows, integrations, and customizations to align with business needs. • Stakeholder Engagement: o Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define GRC requirements. o Translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure stakeholder buy-in. • Process Optimization: o Analyze current GRC processes and identify opportunities for improvement using ServiceNow capabilities. o Align ServiceNow GRC solutions with industry best practices and organizational goals. • Integration Management: o Integrate ServiceNow GRC with third-party systems and data sources for a seamless flow of risk and compliance data. o Ensure data integrity and security during integrations. • Testing and Validation: o Develop test cases and lead the user acceptance testing (UAT) process. o Ensure solutions meet quality standards before deployment. • Support and Maintenance: o Provide ongoing support for ServiceNow GRC modules, including troubleshooting and issue resolution. o Perform system upgrades and ensure compatibility with new ServiceNow releases. • Documentation and Training: o Create detailed technical and functional documentation. o Train end-users and administrators on the ServiceNow GRC platform. ________________________________________ Qualifications Required Skills and Experience: • Proven experience implementing and managing ServiceNow GRC modules. • Strong understanding of GRC frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, GDPR, and others. • DevOps Skills & Certifications (Be it any discipline) • Agile Scrum • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Glide API). • Knowledge of ServiceNow integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers). • Excellent understanding of risk management and compliance processes. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-GRC). • Experience with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., SecOps, ITSM, IRM). • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
