Develop and execute localized marketing strategies to penetrate the Indonesian F&B market. 2. Manage and optimize brand presence on GoFood (Gojek), GrabFood Indonesia, and ShopeeFood Indonesia. 3. Collaborate with Indonesian food influencers (Selebgram Kuliner), TikTok food creators, and YouTube food vloggers to enhance brand visibility. 4. Implement hyperlocal marketing campaigns tailored to different regions, including Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, and Medan. 5. Leverage Indonesian digital payment platforms (OVO, GoPay, LinkAja, Dana) for promotions and seamless transactions. 6. Conduct market research on Indonesian food trends, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis. 7. Develop and execute social media campaigns across TikTok Indonesia, Instagram, and IDN Times Kuliner to engage the target audience. 8. Build partnerships with local culinary associations, food event organizers, and franchise operators to strengthen brand credibility. 9. Monitor and analyze marketing performance, ensuring strategies align with Indonesian consumer preferences. 10. Work closely with the Malaysia-based marketing team to align regional and international branding strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken). 2. Hands-on experience in influencer collaborations, social media marketing, and content creation. 3. Ability to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities. 4. Strong networking skills to build partnerships with KOLs, industry leaders, and local businesses. 5.
