Job Description
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or equivalent with minimum CGPA of 3.20.

Job Description
- Ensure all machines are in efficient, reliable, and safe running condition with minimum downtime.
- Ensure machines cutting performance are according to customer specification (refer to attachment) so that raw material reject/wastage are kept at minimum (item a to f not more than 4.5%).
- Keel cutting
- Wing cutting
- Halving cutting
- Rib cutting
- Thigh cutting
- Drumstick cutting
- Grader machine: - Ensure verification conducted accordingly.
- Metal detector – ensure immediate rectification in the event of downtime.
- Ok sealer-ensure no torn sealing.
- Verified SSOP with cleaning executive to ensure machine in sanitary condition
- Review preventive maintenance plan and the critical part list with engineering team, plan to ensure execution carried out on timely manner.
- Lead and sustain Autonomous Maintenance (AM) implementation for QSR line.
- Optimize manpower utilization and activity QSR line to improve productivity.
- Performing RCA and follow-up to close pending issues weekly for breakdown more than 30 minutes or recurrence within 6 months.
- Respond to QSR customer complaints (through internal CAR) within given timeframe and ensuring all the committed preventive action being sustained.
- Develop work instruction, SOP and process documents and ensure implementation.
- Train machine minders to operate and maintain machine in QSR line through by basic cleaning, oiling, tightening and inspection.
- Review documentation for any changes in QSR machine, process and layout in timely manner.
- Liaise with production planner to ensure minimal impact stock availability in the event of planned downtime and schedule
- Analyze manufacturing data i.e., production control chart, time motion, process capacity versus actual run
- Improve existing operations to increase quality, productivity, efficiency and cost saving and analyse the bottleneck of the process from time to time.
