Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist, under the guidance of a mentor, in the R&D management of one or more business lines by helping identify and resolve team, project, and collaboration issues in the R&D process;
2. Support the project management of cross-departmental platform application software development/operations projects;
3. Help ensure smooth cross-departmental collaboration for company-level and department-level projects;
4. Under mentor guidance, participate in the full lifecycle management of company-level and department-level projects—including R&D planning, scheduling, quality control, and risk management to help drive project success;
5. Assist in the formulation and implementation of R&D management standards, processes, and collaboration mechanisms;
6. Contribute to the design and analysis of R&D metrics;
7. Support efforts to drive and improve R&D efficiency by helping introduce new project management practices to software development and business teams;
8. Assist in designing and organizing meeting templates and mechanisms for teams, organizations, and projects, including (but not limited to) project planning, reviews, brainstorming sessions, and other meetings required for R&D projects and business activities.

Job Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field;
2. Internship experience in software or hardware project R&D or testing is preferred;
3. Familiarity with R&D management methodologies, processes, and collaboration mechanisms, with a basic ability in planning and organization being a plus;
4. Strong cross-team communication skills with empathy and coordination abilities;
5. Good teamwork and collaborative spirit;
6. Proficient in English, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
