Job Description:

Data Governance Implementation:

• Develop and integrate governance policies into data pipelines, and data platforms.
• Design & Develop Data Governance Roadmap:
• Design and develop a strategic data governance roadmap aligned with organizational goals.

Data Quality and Metadata Management:

• Enforce data quality standards, manage metadata, and maintain data catalogs for discoverability and traceability.

Data Security and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with regulations. Implement data protection measures (encryption, masking, access controls) and conduct compliance audits.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain documentation of governance processes and generate reports on governance quality.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Security, or related field.
• Experience with data governance tools.
• Strong knowledge of data governance principles and frameworks.
• Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing
• Understanding of data security concepts (encryption, masking, access control, network security) and privacy regulations.
• Proficiency in SQL and one or more programming languages.
• Experience with cloud platforms (eg Alicloud, AWS, Azure, GCP).
