Job Description
• Collaborate with the banking institution to deliver comprehensive marketing solutions.
• Plan, execute, analyze, and optimize market-leading marketing campaigns.
• Create and implement pilots for digital marketing communications across various channels (email, display, social, website, search, blog, etc.), utilizing Customer Centered Design thinking.
• Evaluate campaign data, report results, and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
• Work closely with the banking institution’s product, corporate affairs, public relations, brand, legal, procurement, finance, and contact center teams to ensure optimal outcomes for customers.
• Record key learnings and best practices for reuse across the client’s business.
• Continuously improve campaign effectiveness by staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree In Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5+ years in campaign management, preferably with consumer cards products.
• Strong proficiency in using data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, along with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
