Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the operations of the sales administration functions

Job Summary

  • Instil and implement strategic plan for prompt billings and collections.
  • Plan and implement effective administration systems and procedures including retention policy.
  • Ensure the day-to-day operations processes are in compliance with the latest internal controls, policies and procedures and statutory requirements.
  • Identify and implement improvement to smoothen the operation procedures.
  • Ensure management of records and files of all purchasers including the records in the developer’s system is kept up to-date and accurately.
  • Monitor, review and analyse management reports and ensure reports are submitted accurately and timely.
  • Liaison with bankers, financial institutions, solicitors and other related parties to ensure proper documentation and early loan releases.
  • Drive and motivate staff to understand the importance of delivering excellent and timely customer service.
  • Cultivate teamwork, provide training, coaching and support to the Sales Administration Staff (if any).
  • Maintain company’s interest and image ahead by providing excellence services to purchaser, financial institutions, solicitors and other related parties.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of the purchasers’ and company’s information.
  • To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
  • Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Qualifications

Degree / Diploma in Administration / Management / Marketing

Skills & Abilities

  • Computer literate.
  • Good communication and supervision skills.
  • Good working knowledge of statutory act related to property development (eg. Housing Developers (Control & Licensing) Act, Strata Title Act etc), developer’s computer system

Expected Minimum Years Of Experience

1 or 2 years experienced.
