What you’ll do:
As a legal professional, your role involves providing expert legal guidance and support to ensure compliance with laws and regulations while protecting the organization's interests. Key responsibilities include:
- Establish a sound legal management system for the company, and improve various systems and processes such as risk management and contract management
- Identify and manage operational risks and labor employment risks of the company, and handle daily legal consultations related to company management and labor employment
- Draft commonly used legal documents and contract templates for the company, and draft, review, and modify various overseas contracts and legal documents
- Participate in legal affairs related to company operations, provide legal advice, handle daily legal issues and litigation disputes outside the company
- Establish and improve the compliance system in the regulatory field related to the company's business, and implement relevant compliance work, track legal regulations and enforcement trends related to the company's business, and provide legal training and publicity for business departments
- Coordinate the work of local external lawyers
- Other tasks assigned by the leadership
What you’ll bring:
- Education background: Legal major
- Good communication and coordination skills, as well as teamwork spirit
- Strong language and written expression ability, proactive and meticulous in work, strong sense of responsibility
- English can be working language.
- Having over 3 years of legal work experience.
- Familiar with overseas legal systems, familiar with overseas manufacturing industry and trade-related laws are preferred
