Job Responsibility

  • Perform monthly closing of accounts. Handle full set of accounts including day to day operations matters
  • Handling client billing and contract management
  • Prepare financial statements, notes to accounts, cash flow projections, fixed assets register, SST submission and relevant reports for management and statutory / external reporting purposes or tax filing for submission.
  • Prepare reconciliation of AP, AR and inter-company transaction
  • Manage forecasting and budgeting
  • Liaise with Business Units, External Auditor, Internal Auditors, tax Agents, bankers where required.
  • Prepare and co-ordinate ad-hoc management reports and report analysis.
  • Responsible for timely submission and payment of statutory requirements
  • Review work performed by Account Executives
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.
  • Perform operational and finance administrative activities
  • Basic booking activities such as entering invoices and receipts into the accounting system, SQL.
  • Perform monthly collection, timely follow up with the collection of aged debtors.
  • Perform monthly payroll process including submission of EPF, SOSCO, PCB and other statutory filings
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management
  • Able to perform tasks independently
  • Capable of withstanding stress

Job Requirements

  • Achieve at least Diploma certificate
  • Having at least 1 year experience in related field is preferred
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Having knowledge in using SQL accounting software
