Job Summary

The Associate Account Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the growth and success of Teladoc Health's client relationships within SEA region. This position will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to assigned clients, building strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive engagement.
  • Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns.
  • Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Account Management:

  • Manage client accounts efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Monitor client utilization and identify opportunities to increase engagement and improve outcomes.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., clinical, operations, sales) to ensure seamless service delivery.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on client performance and utilization.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Utilize data to inform client communication and service delivery strategies.

Client Education and Training:

  • Conduct client training sessions on Teladoc Health's services and platforms.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients on utilizing Teladoc Health's services effectively.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of virtual care and how it can improve their health outcomes.

Sales Support:

  • Assist with the identification and qualification of new sales opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations.
  • Participate in client meetings and industry events as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in account management, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of the SEA healthcare landscape
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia is required. Able to speak Cantonese and other major Asian languages is a plus.
