Ecommerce Specialist (Intern)

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Ecommerce Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of e-commerce, supporting senior team members across various platforms such as Facebook, Google, Shopee, Lazada, and more. The intern will assist in building, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns while developing a deeper understanding of digital marketing strategies and performance analysis.
Responsibilities:
• Assist senior team members in setting up and optimizing e-commerce campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Google, Shopee, Lazada, etc.)
• Support in monitoring campaign performance, budget tracking, and optimization for maximum efficiency
• Help maintain reports, analyze performance metrics, and prepare insights for the team
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign deliverables are met and timelines are followed
• Conduct research to identify new trends and emerging opportunities in e-commerce and digital marketing
• Provide support in competitive monitoring and analysis
• Assist with preparing weekly and monthly performance reports
• Help ensure quality control through campaign audits, data checks, and tracking
• Participate in team meetings to discuss campaign updates, progress, and performance
• Perform other duties and tasks as required by the team
Requirements:
• A strong desire to learn and grow within the e-commerce and digital marketing space
• An independent and proactive attitude with a passion for problem-solving
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to take initiative
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, ecommerce platforms) is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Familiarity with Excel and basic reporting skills is a plus
• A positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to supporting the team’s success
