Jobscope: o Oversee electrodeposition process to create precise shapes and features in complex molds and tooling components. o Work with engineers and designers to interpret blueprints, 3D models, and CAD designs to ensure the correct parameters are applied during electrodeposition process operations. o Provide troubleshooting expertise for any electrodeposition related issues, including electrical malfunctions, inaccurate machining results, or issues with electrode wear. o Work with CAD software to design and optimize electrode geometry, ensuring compatibility with complex mold features and improving machining accuracy. o Use precision measuring tools, such as micrometers, and gauges, to inspect electrodeposition process machined components for dimensional accuracy and quality. o Provide technical support to the production team in integrating electrodeposition process components into active production molds and tooling. ________________________________________ Skills & Qualifications: • At least 5 years working experience with electrodeposition process controller technologies. • Strong understanding of mold design, tooling components, and manufacturing processes. • Knowledge of machining precision, electrode design, and tolerance control in the context of mold and tooling repair and rework. • Hands-on experience in electrodeposition process controller. • Familiarity with quality control tools, including micrometers, and gauges. • Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex mold issues through electrodeposition process controller technology. • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with engineering, production, and maintenance teams. • Commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment.
