Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and proactive System Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure. This role involves installing, configuring, and troubleshooting end-user devices, ensuring system security, and managing Microsoft 365 and organizational user accounts. Responsibilities: Device Management: Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and peripherals. Perform software and hardware upgrades and provide technical support. Operating System Management: Install, update, and troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and other OS platforms. Security Compliance: Implement security policies, monitor threats, manage antivirus software, and conduct security training. Microsoft 365 Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams. User Account Management: Handle access controls, Active Directory, and Azure AD administration. Documentation: Maintain records of system configurations and procedures. Other Tasks: Support IT projects, stay updated on new technologies, and perform other related duties as needed. Qualifications: -Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (certifications are a plus). - Experience: At least 5 years in system administration, focusing on end-user computing. Technical Skills: - Expertise in Windows, macOS, and Linux OS troubleshooting. - Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). - Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and security best practices. - Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash) is a plus.
