Communication Skills: Good spoken and written communication skills to interact well with employees and external vendors. 4. Experience in MNCs & Working with Multiple Teams: Experience in multinational companies and working with different teams. Experience with Workday is a plus. 5. Managing Employees: Ability to lead and manage employees effectively. 6. Education & Experience: A diploma with 8+ years of experience or a degree in HR or related field with at least 5 years of experience in a multinational company.
