Responsible for the brewing process at the brewhouse including material intake, material transfer, brewing panel/control room operations, wort cooling operation including SCADA. Enforced to drive Excellence in their working zone.

Responsibilities

  • Yeast pitching operation during wort cooling.
  • Ordering of additives, raw material for Brewing.
  • Co-ordinate spent grain discharge to contractor
  • Ensure housekeeping is carried out in the brewhouse.
  • Ensure safety guidelines and policies are adhered to when operating the plant.
  • Comply to the COM guidelines and contribute consistently in
  • Excellence journey using CarlEx tools.
  • Drive area KPI to drive department KPI in line with CBN.
  • Ensure COM compliance and able to conduct self audit based on COM.
  • Able to assist in minor maintenance activity will be added advantage SAP posting by brew on-time.
  • Silo stock management (continuous communication with Material Planning).
  • Manage contract employee in daily cleaning task under supervision (Safety & Quality).
  • Covering for Executives, B&P in yeast line or tank CIP and fermentation processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Food Technology/Bio Technology/Bio Chemistry.
  • 3 years working experience is a food manufacturing environment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to lead and motivate his team to achieve the KPIs set.
  • Responsible and able to work independently.
  • Able to organise and plan effectively.
  • Basic science knowledge and certification in IGB is an advantage.
