This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain valuable experience in administrative tasks within an educational institution. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the onboarding process for new students, including guiding them through orientation. • Provide support in student registration and general administrative tasks. • Communicate with students regarding schedules, classes, and necessary documentation. • Help coordinate orientation sessions and training for new students. • Ensure compliance with company policies and student support guidelines. • Handle inquiries from students and provide necessary support. • Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing. Requirements: • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Proficient communication skills in English (written and spoken). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
