Job Scope: Contract position (Renewable) Rotational shifts (9.00 AM - 6.00 PM) Allowance and training will be provided Accessible by Public Transport F2F Interview arrangement JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - 1) Handle inbound and outbound calls. 2) Assist customers based on their inquiries regarding the products, services or promotions. 3) Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Team Leader and Supervisors. 4) Provide and maintain a high standard of customer service. JOB REQUIREMENTS: - - Minimum of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) holder with at least one (1) year of working experience. -Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (Diploma and Above) -Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Verbal and Written). -Have good communication skills, customer-oriented and problem-solving skills. -Able to work on rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays -Immediate joiner will be an added advantage.
